We are Grill Monster, a provider of great food with a passion for great taste. Grill Monster is managed by CACV Bistro owned by Carlos Vergara. Carlos has multiple work experiences from Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing in top Multinational and Local Companies.
Carlos’ true passion is food! Early in his childhood he started with just baking cookies and tasting all his Mom’s cooking. In his teenage years he worked in a European Restaurant in the US where he had his training to cook formally as a Chef. After high school, he worked in a Marriot Group of Companies in San Francisco which gave him more knowledge about cooking. He was assigned in SFO international airport cooking in 4 different types of Marriott’s restaurants; Italian Bistro, International Cafe, Steak house and a Seafood Bar.
His loved of barbecue started in the US with friends during the weekends, long trips visiting relatives in the South US. He started acquiring recipes during those days and only uses them during special occassions. Now he has decided to share those recipes and all his experiences in cooking for people to enjoy.
